If you would like to sign-up to bring an item for the Christmas Party, please fill out the form, indicating the food/drink item you would like to bring, and then click the Submit button. 

An email is automatically sent to the CMF Core Team when you click the Submit button. We will then post the items to this page for others to reference.

All are invited to attend the party, even if you are unable to bring a food item. We appreciate all food that is provided, but we appreciate the families who attend even more.
